Last week, CENTURY 21 Results acquired CENTURY 21 Fox Properties, expanding its Georgia footprint to Savannah.
In a statement, Terry Swanson, CEO of C21 Results said, “We see this as a growth opportunity to expand our offices and the CENTURY 21 Results franchise as we set our sites on Georgia’s state lines and beyond.” The acquisition will give the company seven locations an over 360 agents in the state.
C21 Fox Properties has been active in Savannah’s real estate market since 2007. “We look forward to continuing to provide you with superior and enhanced experiences with this exciting new partnership and will continue to offer full service real estate with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and flair,” said Kimberley Fox, past owner and associate broker for C21 Fox Properties, in a statement.
C21 Fox Properties will be changing its name but not location.
