Since January of 2020, Beau Keenan has been leading Dickson Realty as president by developing and executing excellent agent recruiting skills. Recruited from another industry in 2013, Keenan was selling more than $23 million in just four years, as well as managing and growing an office of 50 people. In the last twelve months at Dickson, Keenan has personally recruited over 25 agents. During this time, he has attracted and retained no less than five residential development projects for Dickson to represent, while also being personally involved in encouraging and coaching Dickson (and other) agents.
Outside of his immediate role, Keenan has started a young investor group, funding startups that will be good for the community’s economic infrastructure. Additionally, he is a Board Member of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors, as well as holding a Board Position as Vice Chair of the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada.
