Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, the largest independent real estate brokerage in North Texas, announced a new agent education program on Tuesday.
Through License Launch, RHA will cover the education costs for 1,000 qualified individuals who want to be real estate agents.
Broker-owner Rogers Healy created the program in 2021, after he saw an opportunity to invest in individuals who would be successful in real estate. Healy will cover the cost of real estate school for qualified candidates interested in working as full-time real estate agents for RHA. According to the release, the brokerage will also provide candidates with resources and mentorship to assist them with their education.
“I am so excited to see where the License Launch program will take us this year,” Healy said in a statement. “It is so important for anyone interested in a Real Estate career to know that there is a support system behind them to keep them excited and motivated.”
Founded in 2006, RHA now has over 420 real estate agents. The brokerage was ranked 139th nationwide among independents in the 2022 RealTrends rankings. In 2021, RHA recoded a sales volume of $902,748,874.00 and 1,795 transaction sides.
As an agent, Healy came in at No. 84 in Texas by sales volume ($34,071,560.00) in the 2021 RealTrends Tom Ferry America’s Best rankings.
Healy also runs Healy Property Management, Healy Global Real Estate + Relocation, and Rogers Healy and Associates Commercial Real Estate. Brokerages across the country have been looking to improve the educational resources available to both well established and new real estate agents.
In November, Keller Williams announced a partnership with education and test prep services platform Kaplan to create the KW School of Real Estate (KSCORE), a fully-digital real estate training program that will offer state approved pre-licensing courses, as well as continuing education opportunities for existing agents.
