By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 80,900 homes on the market (+28%), with a median home price of $369,170 (+1%) and an average price per square foot of $215 (+2%).

At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 77 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had remained the same at 77 days.
