By the end of the year, inventory had decreased to 1,494 homes on the market (-1%), with a median home price of $395,000 (-1%) and an average price per square foot of $227 (+3%).

At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 91 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had remained the same at 91 days.
