Icon Properties is now CENTURY 21 Icon after joining the brand. Icon specializes in luxury real estate on the North Shore of Long Island stretching west to Manhattan.
According to a press release, like many independent entrepreneurs, Raquel Fernandez, broker-owner, will combine her company’s reputation for quality service with CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates marketing, coaching and learning to serve the unique needs of luxury homebuyers, homesellers and property investors worldwide.

Like Century 21 Real Estate, where giving back to the local community is baked into the culture, CENTURY 21 Icon is an active member of the greater North Shore and supporter of local businesses. Just recently, Fernandez and her team raised $3,000 for ‘Cooking for LI Veterans,’ a local non-for-profit organization.
