Looking for personal support and access to the newly-acquired-by @properties’ Christie’s International Real Estate network, The MacPherson Group, has returned to @properties following two years at Compass.
The 10-person team, led by Pam MacPherson, will close $100 million in residential transactions in 2021. MacPherson previously spent four years with @properties but moved her team back to the Chicago-based residential brokerage firm to take advantage of @properties’ technology systems, people-led agent support, and coaching and training programs.
“The technology at @properties allows us to manage our business efficiently and professionally from first contact to contract to closing and beyond. But it’s not just the technology; the personal support we receive… is just as important,” said MacPherson.
Based in Glenview, Ill., The MacPherson Group serves both the North Shore and downtown Chicago neighborhoods, and specializes in helping clients move between the two areas with a full-service concierge concept that includes neighborhood and home search, staging services, and sourcing and coordinating contractors for pre- and post-sale renovations.
MacPherson said her team also brokers a large number of off-market sales, both through the Private Listing Network as well as the team’s personal connections. “In the current low-inventory environment, the ability to give clients access to the pre-market and exempt listings is really important,” she said.
