Proptech startup MoxiWorks partners with Milestones Labs

MoxiWorks customers will now have access to Milestones’ personalized client portals

Real estate technology platform and CRM startup MoxiWorks has partnered with homeowner management system provider Milestones Labs, the company said in a prepared statement on Tuesday.

With this partnership, MoxiWorks’ customers will get access to Milestones’ Homeownership Hubs, Move Hubs, and mortgage and other ancillary services information. The homeownership management portals access, which can help agents build relationships with clients during the transaction process, will be provided at no extra cost, according to the statement.

“At Milestones, we’ve always aimed to integrate with innovative technology offerings and elevate the industry as a whole,” Milestones CEO Dustin Gray said. “MoxiWorks has a proven track record delivering powerful technology at scale while remaining steadfast in its mission to help industry professionals thrive in a seamless business software experience.”

Milestones, a 2023 HousingWire Tech100 company, offers an integrated and open platform that creates private client portals (ie. Hubs) that are personalized based on whether the customer is buying, moving, owning, or selling a home.

The company’s Homeownership Hub provides tools to help clients keep track of their documents, key contacts, maintenance tasks, and belongings in their homes; find local service providers and repairmen; manage home finances by tracking home value and equity, monitoring mortgage and property taxes, and providing access to loans.

MoxiWorks, which helps provide brokers with repeat and referral business as well as home valuation and maintenance services, can now offer agents “a portal to make the most of their homeownership lifecycle and to stay top of mind with their clients.”

“Together, we will help brokerages serve the next generation of homeowners – by leveraging technology to deliver personalized client service before, during, and after the transaction,” Gray said.

According to MoxiWorks CEO York Baur, it is important to maintain the inertia of building “a pipeline that converts” in a cooler market, which ultimately leads to the creation of a repeat and referral business.

“There’s an endless list of golden moments attached to the homeownership journey and if we can switch our mindset beyond just the transaction agents can be top of mind for each of those moments and win more listings in the future,” Baur said.

MoxiWorks currently serves more than 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents nationwide, with more than 150 partners that integrate with its open platform MoxiCloud. The company claims its integrated tools increase agents’ repeat and referral business by 54% while lowering overall technology, training, and support costs for a brokerage.
