Even in a changing real estate market, brokers and business leaders should always have an eye on expansion. Expanding your business through M&A or franchising is possible with the right guidance, and Peter Luft has the knowledge and experience to point brokers and their teams in the right direction.

Luft is the vice president of franchise sales and acquisitions at RE/MAX. He will be speaking at DealMakers in the, “Prospecting: How to find and develop M&A candidates,” session on June 18.  A lifelong real estate professional, Luft has been working for RE/MAX since 1990. He worked his way up from overseeing franchise sales to his current position as vice president and touched just about every piece of the business along the way.

In his free time, Luft is a marathon runner. He knows better than anyone that developing business relationships is a 26-mile project, not a sprint. Luft will bring all of his sales and acquisition knowledge to the table. He joins fellow masters of the deal in discussing the business relationship strategies that lead to successful mergers and acquisitions.

DealMakers is a one-day-only, information-packed event that can answer brokerage leaders’ most important M&A questions. To have full access to the conference — including DealMakers — attendees will need to reserve a VIP ticket. Speakers like RealTrends consultants Steve Murray and Scott Wright will join Luft on stage. They will discuss the details of M&A including valuation, prospecting and brokerage growth.
