The executive shakeups under the Anywhere Real Estate umbrella continue. Better Homes and Gardens has promoted Jason Nicosia to the brand’s leadership team, according to an announcement on Thursday.
Nicosia, who joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2022, will now serve as the brand’s senior vice president of franchise sales. In this role, Nicosia will lead the brand’s national sales team.
Prior to being promoted, Nicosia served as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s managing regional vice president for the East.
“Jason has built his career driving strategic growth at both established and startup companies across real estate verticals,” Sherry Chris, the president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, said in a statement. “In just a short time, we’ve seen firsthand Jason’s tenacity and dedication to growing the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand. His enthusiasm and commitment to achieving exceptional results are key drivers of his ability to lead his sales team to success. We are excited to promote Jason to this expanded role.”
Before joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate team, Nicosia was the national vice president of mergers and acquisition for Anywhere, where he provided succession and growth strategies for six of Anywhere’s brands, including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. In this role, Nicosia closed the largest ever franchise deal for ERA Real Estate in the Pacific Northwest and structured the largest brokerage conversion to CENTURY 21 in recent history.
Earlier in his career Nicosia served as the builder of sales executive manager at Zillow Group.
“I am thrilled to step into this role and continue to drive growth for the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network,” Nicosia said in a statement. “I look forward to working with my team to create new expansion opportunities and help franchisees strengthen and expand their businesses.”
