Movers & Shakers: Realogy Expands Inclusive Ownership Program

Realogy Holdings Corporation recently announced expansion of its Inclusive Ownership Program. The program is now available to independent brokerage owners affiliating with any Realogy-affiliated franchise brand. Diverse populations include women, self-identified LGBTQ+, veterans and self-identified ethnic and racial groups including Hispanic, Black and Asian American and Pacific Islander.

Launched in 2020 with Coldwell Banker, the Inclusive Ownership Program is designed to attract and invest in the success of diverse brokerage owners who affiliate with one of Realogy’s brands by offering incentives that support their business growth and productivity. Benefits (which vary by brand) include financial incentives, education and mentorship opportunities and a waived initial franchise fee, Owners in the program also receive a complimentary membership and conference registration to an industry partner organization of choice.

Movers & Shakers: RedKey Realty hires director of agent success

RedKey Realty Leaders St. Louis, Missouri, has named Debbie Hilke as the company’s new director of agent success in the Frontenac office. Hilke has more than 20 years of executive experience and will work closely with RedKey agents and sales associates and the leadership team.

Hilke brings a combination of expertise and leadership in the real estate industry, is a licensed real estate broker and lifelong St. Louisan. 

Movers & Shakers: RE/MAX Alliance Group merges with RE/MAX Advantage Realty

RE/MAX Alliance Group and RE/MAX Advantage Realty announced in late April that the two companies will merge, according to a news release.

More than 50 agents in RE/MAX Advantage Realty’s two offices in Trinity and Spring Hill, Florida, have become part of the RE/MAX Alliance Group family, for a total of about 400 associates and staff. The company has a combined 2020 production of almost $2 billion in sales volume and more than 5,000 transactions. RE/MAX Alliance Group now has 13 Florida offices in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.

Movers & Shakers: Two New York firms and one Rhode Island firm join CENTURY 21

Tom Lischak, principal owner of NAI Commercial and Bridgeway Residential recently announced that his two brokerages will now operate as CENTURY 21 Bridgeway Realty. 

Lischak and his son Alex plan to continue growing the firm’s commercial client base. Lischak’s daughter Aristina Wagner will expand the company’s residential business throughout Central New York.

Peter Spinella, broker/owner of Guardian Real Estate Services, created a new partnership with CENTURY 21 Real Estate to expand its products and services in Wakefield and throughout Peace Dale and South Kingstown, Rhode Island.

Movers & Shakers: BHGRE announces several new affiliate firms

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC (BHGRE) announced recently that several firms have joined its brand. 

Nathan Bell Realtors, a firm based in Paris, Texas, is now Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Bell Group. The company serves communities throughout Lamar County, as well as Red River, Delta and Fannin counties. The 70-year-old family-owned brokerage is currently owned and led by the company founder’s son, Nathan ‘Jim’ Bell IV, who took ownership in 2018.

Elias Levy, owner of the former RE/MAX Clarity, based in Chula Vista, Calif., and his team have affiliated with BHGRE and formed a new brokerage known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Clarity. The new firm is also headquartered in Chula Vista.

Real Living Napolitano Real Estate, based in Coronado, Calif., has affiliated with the BHGRE brand to become Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Napolitano & Associates. Broker/Owner Michel C. Napolitano founded the firm with his parents in 1981. The firm serves communities throughout San Diego County.

Movers & Shakers: ReeceNichols Real Estate acquires RealPro Real Estate Professionals

ReeceNichols Real Estate recently announced that it has acquired RealPro Real Estate Professionals, expanding its footprint in southern Missouri. Owned by Danny Ross since 2012, RealPro has operated out of offices in Joplin and Carthage, Missouri, with a team of 25 seasoned agents. With the acquisition, RealPro’s Joplin office joins ReeceNichols’s existing Joplin office, and the RealPro Carthage office becomes ReeceNichols Carthage. 

Allen Hall currently serves as Managing Broker at ReeceNichols Joplin and will add the role of Managing Broker at ReeceNichols Carthage to his responsibilities. Ross will join the ReeceNichols team and continue to work in the Carthage and Joplin communities.
