@properties’ launches Closing Milestones technology
Real estate brokerage and technology firm @properties has introduced Closing Milestones, a new digital portal that guides homebuyers through the many important tasks and deadlines required to navigate a home purchase from contract to close.
The firm developed the technology in response to a common frustration among homebuyers: people who make it through today’s gauntlet of property tours, bidding wars and negotiations may think they’ve reached the finish line once they have a signed contract in hand, only to realize that a purchase agreement is often just the beginning of another long and sometimes arduous road to closing.
