Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC introduced Michael Altneu as its vice president of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. Altneu joins the company with 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
As new vice president, Altneu will report to David Marine, chief marketing officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Altneu has experience in new development, technology, brokerage, design and development and public relations. He also served as co-creative director for Madison Avenue Creative.
In his new vice president position, Altneu is responsible for assisting a network of real estate agents across 2,900 offices and 40 countries and territories. Altneu said he looks forward to the challenge.

The CB Global Luxury program legacy was founded in 1933, according to the company’s website. CB Global Luxury Property specialists are an exclusive group within the Coldwell Banker organization, making up under 10% of independent sales associates affiliated with the brand worldwide. Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents conducted 32,663 transactions of homes priced at $1 million or more in 2020. Coldwell publishes an annual report on well-established and unexpected luxury markets offering a range of lifestyle amenities, cultural experiences and educational opportunities.
