Tracey Velt: You talk a little bit about your presentation skills and how to improve them. So what are some tips that you have for beefing up your listing presentation in this time? And what should you really be focusing on?

Robert Kennedy III: I remember the first time that we were getting ready to sell our house and we had a listing agent come to us. They have this presentation that was beautiful and it was very thick, and it had all of this stuff. And I don’t know if you remember, back in the day, when they had the Charlie Brown specials and you would watch it when they went to the classroom with the teacher, the teacher was always unintelligible. So I was sitting there and after about five minutes, that’s all I hear. I’m just totally glazed over because there’s just tons of information being thrown at me. And this agent is smiling. I don’t know what difference this really makes to me. I just wanna sell my house.
