Larry Flick, IV, Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS and Regional President of HomeServices of America, is pleased to announce that Larry Flick, V is now the CEO of BHHS Fox & Roach and The Trident Group. “I am thrilled that someone so capable and with such love for our company is our next CEO, adds Flick. This decision on BHHS Fox & Roach/Trident’s leadership will ensure our company’s future.”
Larry Flick, V, currently President of The Trident Group, has been with the company for 24 years. He started as a mortgage consultant in the West Chester office and became the first regional manager of Trident Mortgage Company. Flick, V was Trident Mortgage Company’s first general sales manager and then served as President of Trident Mortgage Company. He has achieved success at every position and has also been a member of the company’s board of directors for 12 years. Flick, V has been involved in the entire leadership development process. “He has been selected because of his broad business experience and leadership skills,” adds Flick, IV. As CEO, Larry Flick ,V will guide our vision, maintain our present culture, and oversee the leaders of our team.”
In addition, two other major leadership changes within BHHS Fox & Roach and The Trident Group include Barbara Griest as President of The Trident Group and Lisa DeWolf as President of Trident Land Transfer Company. Barbara Griest, currently President of Trident Land Transfer Company, joined Trident 29 years ago. She has been chair of RESPRO and still serves on its executive committee. She has run national title conferences and is well known throughout the industry and is a perfect choice to take the reins of the entire Trident Group. Lisa DeWolf, currently head of Trident’s Pennsylvania title operation, has over 30 years of experience in the title business.

Leadership positions that will remain include Larry Flick, IV as the Chairman of the Board, Gerry Griesser will be Vice Chairman of Board, Joan Docktor will remain President of BHHS Fox & Roach, and continue to lead our brokerage company, Marie Gayo will remain as President of Trident Mortgage Company, Chris Rosati will remain President of Trident Insurance Agency and Kassie Erb will remain President of Fox & Roach Charities.
