Florida-based real estate brokerage The Keyes Company announced a partnership with real estate software company Lone Wolf Technologies to provide Lone Wolf’s back office, transactions and broker metrics solutions to Keyes’ more than 3,600 Realtors.
The partnership comes after a year of collaboration between the two companies on product functionality, deployment flexibility and overall growth.
The partnership will allow all of Keyes’ offices to access Lone Wolf Back Office, a back office and accounting system that handles functions related to real estate such as custom commissions, MLS integrations, reporting and agent management, among others. Lone Wolf’s brokerage transaction management software, Transactions, can also be accessed. Transactions can integrate with Back Office and give access to Authentisign, a real estate’s eSignature software.
Keyes Realtors can also use Lone Wolf’s BrokerMetrics, a business intelligence software providing market share and pricing analyses insights as well as custom reports to brokers.
“When we first started working with Lone Wolf, we had just introduced Back Office because it was the one system that would allow us to do payables and receivables and manage commissions for multiple companies in one system,” said Wendi Iglesias, chief information officer of Keyes, in a statement.
“Through this partnership, we’re delivering what we as a business need to be efficient — and giving every agent, broker, and admin who works with us the power to be true partners to our customers.”
Lone Wolf serves more than 1.5 million real estate professionals in Canada and the U.S. In 2021, the company acquired LionDesk, HomeSpotter, Terradatum and Propertybase.
Keyes and its partner brokerages have 58 offices with more than 3,600 associates. The brokerage closed more than $11.7 billion in annual sales and services last year.
