iGUIDE partners with HouseLens platform

Seek Now agent base will be able to access iGuide floor plans

Canada-based virtual 3D tours and floor plan technology company iGUIDE has partnered with HouseLens, the real estate visual marketing service arm of Seek Now.

The aim of the partnership is to expand iGUIDE’s network and its regional coverage to real estate agents in all major regions in the U.S. through the HouseLens platform, said Michael Vervena, vice president of sales and marketing of iGUIDE.

Meanwhile, iGUIDE will introduce new technology to the Seek Now agent base.

“This strategic partnership is bringing our Real Estate Agent base more options to reach more buyers and provide them with the information they need while leveraging the tools and technologies to be more successful, which is using iGUIDE’s 3D virtual tours and floor plans,” said David Pedersen, executive vice president of enterprise growth and strategy at Seek Now, in a statement.

Planitar Inc. is the maker of iGUIDE, a camera and software platform that captures property data and provides 3D virtual tours.

iGUIDE’s technology suite includes floor plans, home measurement data, 3D virtual tours, neighborhood information, ANSI-compliant square footage and video integrations. The organization says these tools help agents get more listings and referrals.

HouseLens provides agents with professional HDR and drone photography and videography, to help them market listings by capturing homes across the country. It also produces agent video bios and broker promotional videos.

According to the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) 2022 Home Buyers and Sellers Generational Trends Report, floor plans rank third in the list of the most desired listing feature for homebuyers, preceded by photos and detailed information about properties for sale.
