Sanford gets personal about his own wellness journey and why it’s so important for real estate agents to have access to wellness advice and care to find balance in today’s burn-out heavy industry.

Tracey Velt: Tell me what are some of the ways that eXp is helping agents change that that wellness mindset and look for abundance and gratitude and growth in their personal life to then translate it into their professional life?

Glenn Sanford: We’re sharing a lot of things around health in our eXp community. My primary focus is on the SUCCESS Magazine side because that’s an amazing vehicle to share this with our community. It’s been such an impactful brand. Just making sure that at these various different places we’re sharing regular insights around this exact topic.

Most people don’t get enough sleep, I didn’t realize how much it impacted me. Just getting that extra one or two hours of sleep. If you’re only getting five hours of sleep, you’re not getting enough. So how do you get seven to nine hours of sleep? Are you getting data around your heart rate variability? And is it improving? Because that will translate into financial metrics, it might take 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, months for it to show up in your bank account. But it’s being affected every day, just based on that one score.
