Tracey Velt: What advice do you have to help agents reach the mindset of growth and opportunity, despite what the news is saying? 

Dr. Lee Davenport: 95% of the agents I’m seeing have that optimism. This is not their first rodeo. That’s why they have optimism because they understand. And I’m a big believer in affirmations, I’m a big believer in mindset. I think the bigger thing is when we have this negativity cloud over us, we miss opportunities where we’re not in a mindset to even be aware and think outside of the box and be creative.
