Real estate industry digital marketing technology provider Collabra Technology Wednesday announced its launch of RElumio, a new platform to provide users with digital marketing automation.
RElumio automatically provides listing agents with a digital marketing package — including a listing website, social media videos and digital flyers — immediately after submitting a listing to the MLS. All marketing materials have a “click to share” component, allowing agents to seamlessly share content across various platforms and social media channels.
“The use of automated digital marketing technology (MarTech) is growing rapidly in other ‘business to consumer’ industries, and yet real estate is still lagging in many respects,” said Russ Cofano, the CEO of Collabra Technology, according to a news release. “Busy real estate agents want and need easy-to-use automated solutions to enhance their personal marketing.”
As part of the launch, Collabra has partnered with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors to make RElumio available to the association’s more than 8,000 members.
“We are always looking to provide our members with a competitive advantage and we are proud to be the first REALTOR® association to offer this technology exclusively to our members in the Denver metro,” said Nobu Hata, the CEO of DMAR, in a statement.
Collabra says RElumio is the first product in a series of digital marketing applications it plans to launch later this year.
