Coldwell Banker Reliable extends reach from NYC to Hamptons with merger

New York-based Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate with offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan and Coldwell Banker Beau Hulse Realty Group a company with offices in Westhampton Beach, Southampton, Bridgehampton and Hampton Bays, New York, have joined forces to form a real estate services company spanning the towers in Manhattan, and the Brooklyn brownstones, to the luxury properties and pristine beaches of the Hamptons to Montauk.

The new franchisee will continue to do business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate. Both firms bring a combined 60 years of industry experience and sales excellence. 

With this merger, the combined Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate will have a total of eight sales offices presently supporting approximately 175 affiliated sales professionals with plans to welcome additional sales associates.

Bringing four city offices with the merger, current Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate Principal Broker Joseph T. Hamdan will continue in his role as principal and managing broker of record, driving sales from the company’s New York headquarters.

Former Coldwell Banker Beau Hulse Realty Group Broker-Owners Beau Thomas A. Hulse and Patricia Hulse will remain with the combined company. Beau Thomas A. Hulse will serve as principal managing broker of record for the Hamptons and Patricia Hulse will serve as vice president of the four Hamptons regional real estate sales offices.
