It’s the beginning of a new year and agent, team and brokerage movement is fast and furious. The latest to move is the Chernov Team, which joined The Agency’s Sherman Oaks location. Led by Founder Dennis Chernov and his wife, Yana Chernov, head of operations and marketing, according to a press release, the team has achieved more than $3 billion in sales volume throughout the team’s 12 years in the luxury real estate industry.
The Chernov Team, which moved from a Keller Williams Studio City office, will continue to serve clients throughout the San Fernando Valley, specializing in Encino, Hidden Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Toluca Lake, California.

Dennis Chernov began his journey in real estate through the operation of his own property loan business in the early 2000s—building a foundation in the transactional processes necessary to buy and sell a property and developing a keen aptitude to qualify potential buyers quickly. In 2009, Dennis joined Keller Williams Studio City full-time and with nearly two decades of experience in the field, Dennis has consistently ranked as a top-producing real estate agent in Los Angeles county year after year.
