Peerage Realty partner, Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty, has joined forces with independent luxury brokerage, Hasson Company, to form a luxury real estate powerhouse in the Pacific Northwest, according to a company announcement Wednesday.
Hasson Company was founded in 1991 by Mike Hasson and has more than 180 real estate advisors working in seven offices across the Portland metro area, Central Oregon and Southwest Washington.
“Hasson Company founder, the late Mike Hasson, was a deeply respected industry leader in Oregon and his legacy endures. His reputation for trust, integrity and exceptional client focus has continued to influence the firm’s culture,” said Philip White, the president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty, according to a statement. “Having watched the company grow steadily in both scale and talent, we could not be more delighted to welcome Hasson Company to the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.”
The combined company will serve clients in the Portland metro, Bend, Redmond, Jacksonville, Ashland, Hood River and Southwest Washington markets, with 570 real estate agents working out of 25 offices, according to the company announcement.
The new Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty will continue to be led by Deb Tebbs, CEO of Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty; Steve Studley, CEO of Hasson Company; and Lynae Forbes, Hasson president, along with all the members of both existing management teams
“From the outset, we always maintained the only partner for Hasson Company would be Sotheby’s International Realty,” Studley said in a statement. “Now, the time is right for us to join forces and partner with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty — a company we know, admire, trust, and respect — to dominate the Pacific Northwest luxury markets.”
The Peerage Group of Sotheby’s International Realty has seven affiliates, including Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty, spread throughout Canada and the U.S.
Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty came in at No. 28 in RealTrends 2022 rankings with $2.97 billion in sales volume in 2021, while the Hasson Company ranked at No. 82 among independents with $2.82 billion in sales volume in 2021.
