Have some champagne on ice and a pat on the back. The Asian Real Estate Association of American (AREEA) recently released its A-list. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate agent Blair Myers tops the list by transaction sides. Also in the top 10 were:

The annual list highlights top producing agents and teams among its more than 17,000 members. The list includes a range of diverse agents and members within AREEA. Some 70% of the top producers and mortgage originators are bilingual, according to AREEA.

Over the years, Realogy has maintained a high rank on the list, and in this latest ranking, the company’s affiliated agents earned placement among the top five spots in all four categories.
Agents and teams affiliated with Realogy, including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty, are recognized for their high performance in four categories focused on transaction and volume results. Those categories include individuals by sides, individuals by volume, teams by sides teams by volume.
Among the 29 chapters represented, seven winners came from the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter, followed by Greater Chicago and Atlanta Metro. With over 54 companies represented, Realogy affiliated brands led the list, followed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and RE/MAX.
