The Colorado Springs-based Luczak Real Estate team is joining Keller Williams after leaving Coldwell Banker, according to an announcement on Wednesday.
The team, which is now known at the Luczak Group, was founded by Greg Luczak, who has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry.
“We’re excited to partner with the No.1 brand in real estate – Keller Williams,” said Luczak. “We going to use the tools, technologies and branding at Keller Williams to thrive in this shifted market and provide the best customer service.”
On a year-to-date basis, the Luczak Group has sold 170 homes totally $83.7 million in sales volume, according to the release.
In 2021, the Luczak Group was the No. 11 medium sized team based on sales volume in Colorado, according to the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best rankings. The groups closed 223 transaction sides for a sales volume of $99.14 million.
Luczak is bringing 15 agents and five staff members with him in the move.
